Kairos Partnership is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Mission Advancement & Operations. This is a half-time to three-quarters time position (with the possibility of it growing into full time) and will report directly to Kairos Partnerships founding director J.R. Briggs. Ideally, the candidate would be best suited to be in/around the Philadelphia area, but remote work can occur.

Develop and manage new KP offerings in partnership with KP team members

High emotional intelligence with strong relational connectivity
Highly relational capacity to work within a team dynamic
Responsible and organized; driven to see projects move from start to finish
Technical proficiency: email, Word, Excel, Google suite, Square, Squarespace, MailChimp
Systems-minded, and gifted in building, implementing, and constantly improving structures.
Leadership and/or ministry experience (3+ years preferred).
This position is split into two portions: mission advancement and operations.
Mission Advancement (60%)
Develop, oversee, and execute a thoughtful, strategic marketing plan, alongside other key players on the KP Team.
Develop and manage new KP offerings
Build new strategic relationships and partnerships to generate new coaching and consulting agreements each quarter.
Work within already existing partnerships to create and propose new, creative partnership opportunities.
Operations (40%)
Project management and coordination (i.e. building out systems, updating our website, launching/managing webinars, overseeing finances, communications, directing marketing efforts, etc.)
Identify, implement, and closely manage an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Manage the KP meeting schedule and calendar
Help lead KP Team meetings
Create and manage KP communications plan and calendar
Facilitate, schedule, and wireframe ongoing training and development for KP coaches
Work closely and regularly with the KP Team
Execute a wide variety of tasks (i.e. communications, marketing, strategic vision casting, execution of key projects, etc.) in order to move in a focused, strategic, efficient, and effective way.
Starting date: Spring 2025
Starting compensation: negotiable
